Bimos TEXON Laboratory & Work Chair

TEXON is a Bimos work chair designed with the agency PHOENIX DESIGN and honoured with the red dot design award. It is made in laboratory, production, cleanroom and ESD versions, with smooth, closed surfaces and encapsulated mechanisms that make it easy to clean and disinfect.

Automotion technology moves the seat and backrest together and locks in three positions, while the Flex-Back under the backrest extends the movement to the rear. The upholstery changes with a single click and, depending on the version, comes in Skintec, synthetic leather, Supertec or fabric. TEXON comes in a low version (450–620 mm) and a high version (570–810 mm) on glides, castors or Stop & Go castors, with optional 4D armrests. The CLEANROOM TEXON meets DIN EN ISO 14644-1 particle requirements and carries the Fraunhofer IPA “Tested Device” mark, and the ESD TEXON meets EN 61340-5-1. Bimos gives a 10-year guarantee.
