The Uchiwa ottoman by HAY, designed by Doshi Levien, completes the fan-inspired Uchiwa armchair as a comfortable footrest or occasional seat. Sharing the family’s soft, open design language and oak base, it extends the relaxed, inviting character of the collection into a versatile companion piece.
The ottoman pairs a moulded foam top with an oak base, available in different upholstery options and wood finishes to match or complement the Uchiwa lounge chair. Used together they form a complete, enveloping lounge setting; used alone, the ottoman is an easy, flexible seat for lounges, reception and breakout areas.
Doshi Levien is a London-based studio founded in 2000 by Nipa Doshi and Jonathan Levien, internationally acclaimed for their culturally resonant design.
