The WiChair by Wilkhahn redefines minimalist task seating. Behind its clean silhouette lies a dynamic core, powered by a curved steel bracket that allows the chair to flex and follow your natural movements — forward, backward, and sideways.
Inspired by classic forms and crafted for the future, the WiChair is built using FSC-certified plywood and a low-carbon steel frame. Its design is pared down to the essentials, ensuring long-lasting durability and easy maintenance. Every component can be replaced individually, aligning with circular economy principles and extending the chair’s lifecycle.
Weight adjustment is tool-free — just turn the integrated knob and the WiChair calibrates to your body. Optional flat-steel armrests and retrofittable seat/backrest cushions offer flexibility in comfort and finish, while the range of finishes — from natural oak to black — allows the chair to adapt visually to diverse interiors.
